Y2K pool party

A Y2K pool party for a friend’s summer birthday: pink everything, a boombox centrepiece and a candy bar straight out of 2003.

Themed parties are my favourite excuse to go all in on the little bits.

  • Pink party table with "I love 2000s" plates, pink cutlery, a heart tray of retro candy and white tumblers
  • Pink boombox-shaped centrepiece filled with blush roses on a pink tablecloth
  • Candy bar with a "Y2K bar" letter board, jelly bracelets, pink sunglasses and retro sweets
  • Backyard pool with clear glitter balloons floating on the water
